I’m Madi. A Business and Leadership Consultant & Mentor working with established Founders and CEOs navigating scale, leadership, and operational complexity.

Before launching my business in 2022, I spent over a decade inside multi six- and seven-figure businesses leading teams, building and refining operations, managing performance, and supporting sustainable growth from the inside out.

My work is shaped by lived experience.
I’ve sat in the drivers seat, spent years building my skill set & leadership. I understand the weight of leadership, the cost of people dynamics, and the reality of running a business at scale.

I support my clients with clarity, strategic insight, and a partner who can see inside their business, diagnose bottlenecks, and guide them across leadership, people, operations, and sustainable growth, while also working closely with the leader behind the business.

My approach is grounded, tailored, and supportive.
It’s built on high standards, clear communication, emotional intelligence, and the ability to hold complexity with clarity.

I don’t do quick wins or surface level advisory.
This work is about building internal and external foundations that create calm, capacity & capability to support where you are and where you’re going.

I’m known for holding both deep safety and high standards, providing direct, actionable guidance with care & honesty.
